redirecting SERVICES links to custom page in PAEON theme

Hello,
On the homepage, the client would like to have the actual click of each service category to take the visitor to the “Our Services” page, and automatically scroll them to the paragraph/section pertaining to their click/chosen category. This would minimize the visitor’s clicking and they can scroll to check out the other service categories.
Is there a workaround to get this?

Hello Tan,
I hope you’re doing well.
The only way to have that would be modifying the template-home.php script in which the services are parsed. You can use html anchors with the id attribute to make it scroll to a specific part of the page: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/links.html#h-12.2.3
That’s the only way I can image to do that with the theme as it is right now.
