Hi,
Due to the way I have designed the website for a desktop view it doesn’t have the same affect in the responsive tablet or mobile view.
Is there anyway of turning the responsive view off??Thanks,
RyanJuanfra Aldasoro February 19, 2014 at 1:29 pmHello Ryan,
Thanks for writing.
Unfortunately, there’s not an option in order to remove the responsive styles.
What you can do is erase the responsive styles from the main stylesheet. If you go and check that file you’ll find out that is organised and there’s a header for that section.

Before I do it, to take away the responsive element of the website, do I just delete the responsive code in editor??

Juanfra Aldasoro February 20, 2014 at 5:48 pmHello Ryan,
That’s right, the site is responsive because it has several CSS “rules” to apply if it’s viewed in different devices. If you erase those “rules” then the site will always look as the desktop version.

Thanks for your response.
Then you should have missed some code. That’s the way to remove the responsive styles.

/* 15. Responsive */
/*——————————————————————————————-*/That is the only thing left.

Juanfra Aldasoro February 21, 2014 at 2:35 pmHi Ryan,
Have in mind that there are several elements that have their own dimensions in percentage, so they’ll be resized for the different devices.

And are these other responsive elements easy to find??
Ryna
Juanfra Aldasoro February 21, 2014 at 2:57 pmWell, you’ll have to look for the elements that are in percentage unit.
Best,
Juan
