Hi,
I found same topic but couldn’t post in the thread.
I’m pretty sure everything is up to date but scroll only on Chrome suddenly stop working…Could You please be NICE and help me 😀

The latest update resolves that issue. The changes were done on the stylesheet, so it is quite likely that you still have the previous version of the CSS cached in your browser. Please first update to the theme latest version and then perform a hard refresh of your site when using chrome.

You are not running the latest version, the latest is 1.2.0.4 and this issue has been resolved in 1.2.0.3 http://updates.nicethemes.com/themes/smart/changelog.txt

I’ve just checked your website and the problem has been resolved. You can scroll if you clean up your browser cache, you just need to perform a hard reload.
What version of Chrome are you currently using?
