  • I’ve got a couple of questions.

    1
Please go to my website and in the search box search for for example ‘makelaar’.
You’ll see ‘sorry no posts where found’.

If you hit enter you see lots of posts found.
How can we solve this issue?

I wanted to use the template ‘Flatbase minimal’ as seen on http://demo.nicethemes.com/flatbase/minimal/
I followed the buy now button, but nowhere in my admin I can find this theme.
How can I find and activate this minimal theme?

    3
    Check out https://florisvk.nl/over-ons/
Why isn’t the featured image working?

    4
    Check out: https://florisvk.nl/contact/
Where can I find this contactform and change the language of the fields (name, subject etc….)

    5
Check out the posts on home. In widgets I’ve set the maximum on 5, why are there now more then 5 posts visible?

    Hello,

Thank you for writing, I hope you’re doing well.

    Regarding your questions:

    1. That’s because the live search looks for “articles” only, and when you hit enter then it goes to the WordPress standard search page which searches all post types. If you want to add more post types to your live search you can add the following code to the file functions.php https://gist.github.com/juanfra/72c242ec4c4b35263055

    2. You can have those styles by going to “Flatbase > Install Demos” and then follow the procedure to install the minimal demo.

    3. Is that a page you have created? Have you checked the options below the editor to see if the featured image is enabled?

    4. The contact template is part of the theme and comes with a built-in contact form, in order to translate that you can use a plugin like “loco translate” or follow the instructions here: https://nicethemes.com/article/how-to-translate-themes-and-plugins/ – You can also use any other plugin to create a new contact form.

    5. The widgets are what you see on the right sidebar of the screen, and it’s being limited to 5. If you want to change the number of posts you see listed you will have to check the “WordPress > Settings > Reading” page.

    Best,
    Juan.
