Hi, I’ve been having issues with the secondary nav menu. After version 5.5.3, the drop-down menu arrows disappear (mobile only) and users are unable to access secondary menu items.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.
Which version of WordPress are you currently running? In which devices are you checking this out?

Juanfra Aldasoro March 15, 2021 at 9:08 amHi,
Thank you for the follow-up and the info.
Chrome in an iPhone, android or desktop? I’ve visited the site you included on this ticket and couldn’t see the problem.

Juan.dentprio March 15, 2021 at 2:58 pmHi Juan,
I downgraded the WP version back to 5.5.3 because I hadn’t heard back in a few days and didn’t want to lose nav menu functionality.
I’ve upgraded back to 5.7 – you should be able to see the issue in chrome (both mobile and desktop). I’ve also replicated the same issue on safari (both mobile and desktop).
Thanks,
Alexdentprio March 15, 2021 at 3:06 pmAlso, just to be clear, when I say desktop is showing the issue, I mean the desktop browser sized down to a mobile viewport. The desktop viewport dropdown nav seems to work just fine.

We’re looking into this issue. Will let you know when it’s resolved.
Thank you for your patience.

Juan.dentprio March 23, 2021 at 2:09 pmOk sounds good. Am I able to downgrade WP in the meantime, so the menu works while you look into the issue?

Yes, please. That’s highly appreciated. I’ll let you know when the issue is resolved, we’re gonna be releasing a new version with the fix.
