I have edited other themes where I could adjust the space in between the logo and the slider image or sometimes the logo is too large so I have had to move the slider down some. Can you please tell me where in the editor I can adjust the space under the log and between the slider so It will look better?

You can have that with a single line of CSS:

body.page-template-template-home-php #container{ margin-top: NNpx; }

Replace NN with the amount of pixels you would like to set. You may use the Custom CSS input within the options panel or paste that line in your custom.css file.
