The staff thumb on one of my staff is not showing. This is the HTML.

I can’t figure out why this is so. Could you shed light on what i must do?

Thanks for your email. A couple of questions:

1. Have you tried loading the same page in other computers?
2. Can you access http://www.gladesvillemedical.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/20141219_130734-e1419139519184-480×468.jpg directly via both of those browsers?
3. Can you see the thumbnail if you log out of the admin area?

1. yes it happens on mutliple computers
2. yes i can access it
3. yes i can see the thumbnail in the admin

when i look at the CSS for the missing thumb, i can see that there are some styles on it which have width:0 and height:0 on the image.

I could finally reproduce the issue using Adblock, which may cause images to be blocked based on their dimensions. There’s any chance you’re using it or some similar application? I suggest to try loading the same page in Incognito Mode (without loading extensions) and see what happens.

Correct! I have adblock but when i disable it it goes away.

Any idea whats going on? The other images are fine.

Well, that’s the bigger image (in its natural dimensions) of all the thumbnails, so I figure it may have reached the limit for Adblock to display images. I’m pretty sure that it’ll show up if you reduce the size to the same dimensions of any of the other images and upload it again.
