Subcategories not displaying properly

1. Subcategory links on knowledge-base homepage link to the main category instead of the subcategory
2. There isn’t any subcategory links in category pages – when I go to a main category I should able to see a list of its subcategories

Would you please try replacing the file /flatbase/includes/functions.php with this new one?
