turn slide down option option off

Is there a way to turn off this feature that slides the content up and down on the home page? I would like for the home page all scroll together. Is that possible?

Hello Tracy,
Thanks for writing.
The vertical slide for the first image has to do with the time it takes for the first image to load. Unfortunately there’s no option to prevent the slider to work that way.
