Updating theme issue

    I can not get the latest version of Flatbase to upload. It keeps telling me I have the theme uploaded and it just keeps failing. Do you know why this could be happening?

    Version 1.0.1
    I just downloaded the theme from themeforest and tried to upload it through WordPress

    Ok, and what version of WordPress are you running.

    Have you tried uploading your files through FTP? It all points like it is a WordPress problem.

    I am using 4.1.1 version of WordPress

    Not yet, will that remove any of the custom changes I have made to the theme?

    Yes, if you update through the WordPress updater they will be removed as well.
